I started Cornwall Home Stagers to prove to myself that I can achieve something I am proud of. I was diagnosed later in life with Autism and ADHD and I knew that I could look at my future in two ways. One was through a pessimistic lens, looking at the world through the parameters of my disability. The other was to see my disability for its strengths and to recognise that it is not disabling, it's just a different way of thinking.
It actually helps me to notice the things buyers subconsciously respond to, the little details that can make a space feel uncomfortable without people even realising why. What comes naturally to me helps create spaces that feel calm, welcoming, and emotionally inspiring.
